"Raising the Bar", the 2010 Enform Training Conference, will provide opportunities for Enform instructors, third-party trainers, oil and gas industry instructors, and HR professionals to develop and expand their professional instructional skills.

The conference is designed as a forum for teaching professionals from across Canada to exchange ideas and experiences on current instructional theory, practices and emerging educational technologies.

"Raising the Bar" will provide an in-depth presentation of 21st Century learning and will add to the participant's repertoire of instructional theory, teaching strategies, learning materials development and instructional delivery.

The 2010 conference will address current best practices within the oil and gas industry and will focus on contemporary adult learning theory, advanced training methodologies, and enhanced teaching and learning practices, and will highlight the Enform Certified Instructor Diploma program.

Raising the Bar is designed as our instructors conference; My Conference.
