Enform's Training Conference

2010 Enform Training Conference a success!

The theme of this year's conference was "Raising the Bar".

Thanks to the more than 230 delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and volunteers who gathered in Edmonton, Alberta, September 26, 27, 28 for Enform's Training Conference.

"Raising the Bar" provided opportunities for Enform instructors, third-party trainers, oil and gas industry instructors, and HR professionals to develop and expand their professional instructional skills.

The conference was designed as a forum for teaching professionals from across Canada to exchange ideas and experiences on current instructional theory, practices and emerging educational technologies.

"Raising the Bar" provided an in-depth presentation of 21st Century learning and will add to the participant's repertoire of instructional theory, teaching strategies, learning materials development and instructional delivery.

The 2010 conference addressed current best practices within the oil and gas industry and  focused on contemporary adult learning theory, advanced training methodologies, and enhanced teaching and learning practices, and highlighted the Enform Certified Instructor Diploma program.
