Enform Certificates - Your Key to Work

 
As you know, Enform certificates are required on most oil and gas job sites. Please keep them with you at all times. If you misplace them, please let us know, well work with you to get them replaced as quickly as possible. Please use this form to order a replacement certificate. For security reasons, we cannot give out certificate numbers.

Options for Students (replacement certificates and students completing classes internally at an Enform Campus - not available for students who have completed a course at an external provider):

Pick-Up at an Enform Campus - Written Request Only to customerservice@enform.ca

If you would like to pick up your certificate at an Enform Campus, please send, in writing a request including:

1. your full name,
2. a complete phone contact, (with area code)
3. your  student number (if you have an Enform certificate, this number will be on your certificate)
4. the course name
5. course date
6. Enform campus location for preferred pick-up

We will prepare your certificate to be picked up at the reception desk at the Enform Campus you have chosen.

Via Courier: You are welcome to complete the request process as outlined above and arrange for a courier to collect your certificate once we have contacted you that it is ready for pickup.

Please note:

• Requests via phone will not be accepted
• Completion of these requests within a certain time-frame is not guaranteed
• Please do not call regarding your request, we will contact you when your certificate is ready

This is only applicable for those certificates which have not yet entered the postal system. All classes attended during the postal strike are eligible for this service.

Cancellation and No-show Policy

Enform reserves the right to cancel any course in which the minimum registration is not achieved, and make any changes in course content as circumstances may require. For more information, see Enform's Cancellation and No-show Policy

Challenge an Exam

In certain circumstances, Enform will allow you to challenge an exam either to renew your certification or to retry the exam after an unsuccessful attempt. This is not available for all courses. Please consult the course description or call us at 1.800.667.5557 to discuss your options.
