With Enform Connect now available to all Enform Certified Auditors, Audit Registration applications must now be submitted via Enform Connect. Use the "Register with EnformConnect.ca" button on the upper right corner to access Enform Connect.

Registration Deadline and Login Difficulties?
We appreciate that over the holiday season, auditors are registering audits that need to be completed this year. If auditors are having difficulties in creating a login account for Enform Connect, they should contact the COR Call Centre (1.800.667.5557 ext 3) immediately. Given it is the holiday season, there may be occasions when COR staff are unavailable to help. If an auditors is unable to create a login account and he or she is facing an impending deadline for audit registration, audit registration may be completed over the next two weeks using the MS-Word Audit Registration Form.
Download the form, complete it, and submit it as an attachment to an email to CORInfo@Enform.ca.
Ensure you put “Audit Registration” in the email subject line.
