Enform Instructor Support Site (ISS)

Enform Instructor's Support Site (ISS) strategic goal is to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning for all Enform instructors and learners. By increasing access to information, professional communications, instructional resources, and best practices, instructors can continually improve the quality of instruction available to learners within the oil and gas industry.

The site contains helpful information and professional development opportunities for you to explore and use. Available to you are documents, forms, contacts, policies, links, and information. A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) area was created to answer some basic questions you may have about this site and how to use it. There are places where you can contribute your knowledge and expertise, as well as links to outside resources.

Enform's ISS vision is to create a premiere online community where instructors "Contract, Franchise and Third Party" can access and share learning materials and pedagogy to assist in their continued professional development.

Why an Internet Communications Site?
Enform is advancing its current collaborative framework, exploring a variety of business models, and developing its sustainability plan so that we (Enform and Franchise and contract Instructors) can best serve the current and future training needs of faculty, students, staff, and our training centres. The Instructor Support Site offers instructors a "one window" communications portal with a single login for all required information, communications, and Enform corporate access. 

The Enform Instructor Community of Practice is designed to help you to:

• Access required documents and information (Standards, Content updates, Certification requirements etc.)
• Access Fast Track
• Accelerate business cycles and Certification turnaround
• Access to your Certified Instructor Diploma Data and transcripts

Enform's Instructor Support Site will further assist you by:

• Developing and spreading better practices faster
• Connecting "islands of knowledge" into self-organizing, knowledge sharing networks of professional communities
• Providing web-based repositories of both proven solutions and new instructional approaches
• Fostering cross-functional and cross-divisional collaboration
• Increasing members' ability to initiate and contribute to projects across training boundaries
• Providing easy access to professional materials: contracts, operating documents, forms, and other required documents

• A continually growing catalogue of online learning materials, peer reviews, learning assignments, and user comments, organized by discipline into specific discipline areas and created to help instructors enhance
  their instruction

Note: Enform is currently redeveloping the Instructional Support Site to allow single login/universal access to all Enform instructors.

Certified Instructor Diploma (CID)

Note: All Enform instructors will be automatically enrolled in the Certified Instructor Diploma program and will receive their login information shortly. Enform Id numbers will be used as User names. Access to CID data will be through the ISS.
