On behalf of the Safety Audits and Certifications team at Enform, we are excited to fill you in on the continued progress of Enform Connect, the suite of web based tools that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your interaction with us. To make the transition to the Connect system as simple as possible, we would like to share a few key details about it with you before it goes live at the end of November.
After the new system is launched, we will be asking that auditors log in to Enform Connect to confirm the information on their profiles. Once you access Enform Connect for the first time, you will be provided with your unique auditor ID number. Auditors will need to know their unique auditor ID as well as the client’s unique company ID in order to register audits in the system. A pre-launch communication will be provided with more details as the date approaches.
As an existing Enform-certified auditor, you will use the Enform Connect system to register and submit all audits, check the status of audits in progress and view your audit history. Auditors will also be able to access information contained in the Auditor Support Site from their login in Enform Connect. A sneak peak information file of how you will register audits and submit audits into the new system is available for you to read on the Auditor Support Site on the Welcome page. We encourage you to review this information to ensure you become familiar with how the new system will impact the way you interact with Enform
In the near future, the full information on the system will be available as an informative webinar for those who wish to walk through the process after the system has been launched. We will be sending further information to you soon.
Once the Enform Connect system goes live, Enform’s Safety Audits and Certifications staff will be available through the call centre to support you.
By improving the overall efficiency of this process, Enform Connect will make it easier for both employers and auditors to keep track of your health and safety management system audits, furthering our collaborative focus on eliminating incidents in Canada's oil and gas industry.
