On behalf of the Safety Audits and Certifications team at Enform, I’m excited to fill you in on the continued progress of Enform Connect, the suite of web based tools that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your interaction with us. To make the transition to the Connect system as simple as possible, we would like to share a few key details about it with you before it goes live at the end of November.
When you log in to Enform Connect for the first time, you will be provided with a unique company ID number. Your unique company ID number is important as you will need to share this number with your auditor so they can to register audits in the system. Large, complex employers with several divisions and/or separate COR certificates may have more than one unique ID number per division.
Once you log in to the system for the first time and confirm your account information, you will have access to your profile at any time. Enform Connect will allow you to see your audit history and easily access up to date information on your audit status.
In preparation for the launch of Enform Connect, all COR/SECOR employers who have an audit due prior to the end of the year will be receiving an invoice for their 2011 auditing services. If you are not planning on maintaining/recertifying your COR/SECOR for 2011, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact information at the end of this letter. Otherwise, please expect an invoice shortly.
Once the Enform Connect system goes live, Enform’s Safety Audits and Certifications staff will be available through the call centre to support you and answer any questions you may have.
By improving the overall efficiency of this process, Enform Connect will make it easier for both employers and auditors to keep track of your health and safety management system audits, furthering our collaborative focus on keeping Canada's oil and gas industry safe.
