Snubbing Operations

This IRP includes pertinent information about snubbing, including the following:

• Snubbing program requirements
• Downhole and surface equipment specifications
• Personnel requirements
• Hazard assessment and joint safety meeting requirements
• Operational procedures

IRP 15 supplements existing standards and regulations, and provides guidelines and recommendations where none existed previously. It also refers to other pertinent standards where appropriate, and provides information on how to access them. A full list of the documents referred to in this IRP, plus other useful reference material, is provided in APPENDIX A of the document.
