The purpose of this document is to ensure that guidelines for snubbing operations are in place and readily available for all personnel involved in the development, planning, and completion of the snubbing program.IRP 15 is intended to supplement existing standards and regulations. It is also intended to establish guidelines in areas where none existed previously.
